Swami Vivekanand Subharathi University was established under Sector 2(f) of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 with the support of Subharathi KKB charitable trust, Meerut who made outstanding contributions in the fields of education, healthcare and social welfare. Step 1: Students can collect the prospectus with the admission form in person from the Directorate of Distance Education, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University office at Samrat Palace, Meerut after submitting the registration fee. The prospectus can also be downloaded from the official website of Subharti University.
Step 2: Students can submit the form after filling the mandatory details. During the submission of the application, the students should pay the fees through online to the university account on the website. Students should also submit relevant documents of academics, 5 photographs, and equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (for foreign students).
Step 3: Students can send the applications to DDE directly. The verifications regarding the candidate will be done by the university and results will be published according to that. Students will be provided with ID card for the entry into the program through the university website.
Exams will be held on semester basis in December and June. Admit cards will be issued to students through e-mail or in person 10-12 days before the exam. If the student does not meet the eligibility requirements, the student will not get the admit card. The Directorate of Distance Education will provide the examination center with all the necessary facilities to the student. Centers for practical examinations will be arranged in institutions having adequate laboratory facilities. Each theory paper will carry 100 marks, which will be divided between the semester final examination and evaluation in the ratio of 70:30. Assessment will be done throughout the session. Similar to the evaluation scheme, practical tests will also be conducted.

Subharti University provides placement opportunities to the students. The university have strong connections with multinational companies like TCS, Wipro, HCL, ICICI, etc. The annual package will be around 10 LPA – 25 LPA and majority of the students will get placed in campus selection.
