The University of Jammu was established in 1969 via Kashmir and Jammu University act 1969. The University of Jammu is Accredited by ‘A+’ Grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council of India. Recently University of Jammu ranked at 51st position by NIRF( National Institute of Ranking Framework).
University Grants Commission (UGC) granted autonomy for maintaining high academic standards.The University of Jammu has been recognized as category-I University. It has in total 14 campuses including one main campus in Bahu Wali Rakh, Old campus, Poonch house in Jammu and seven other campuses. Including UG and PG they provide enrollment around 1200 students.
It offers seventy programmes in UG and PG courses and PH.d in thirty seven and M.Phil in twenty six disciplines. It provides an excellent academic environment and infrastructural facilities for research. It opens up for all the people of all classes and creeds.

Step 2– After visiting the website, register yourself and get the login credentials.
Step 3– Then click on the admission portal, and fill out the admission form.

The University evaluates on the basis of Internal assessments and end term examinations. The internal assessments consist of 20% and End- term examination consists of 80% of the total weightage.
